Chongqing Ingalock Launches Next-Generation Pneumatic Rock Drills, Empowering Mid- and Small-Scale Mines with High Cost-Effectiveness
Recently, Chongqing Ingalock Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ingalock") launched several high-performance pneumatic rock drill products. Leveraging the core advantages of "high efficiency, low consumption, stable and durable," these products provide tailored solutions for underground excavation operations in domestic mid- and small-scale mines, further enriching its portfolio of mining machinery products.
As an emerging company in the mining machinery sector founded in 2024, Ingalock focused this launch on the core demands of pneumatic rock drills. The main models, including optimized versions of classic models such as YT28 and YT29, achieve precise breakthroughs in core performance. Equipped with an optimized air valve structure and impact components, the drills reach an impact frequency of over 37Hz at 0.63MPa working pressure, improving drilling speed by 20% compared to traditional models, while maintaining compressed air consumption below 80L/s, effectively reducing energy costs for mines. For complex underground conditions, the equipment features reinforced alloy cylinders and sealing designs, suitable for operations in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C. The replacement interval for wear parts is extended to over 200 hours, and the equipment failure rate is reduced by 30%, significantly decreasing downtime for maintenance.
In practical applications, this series of pneumatic rock drills has been field-tested in several non-ferrous metal mines in Southwest China. In the -200m section of a lead-zinc mine in Guizhou, a single machine can complete the construction of 22 meters of blast holes per 8-hour shift, accommodating 34-45mm hole diameter requirements, and is compatible with existing mine pneumatic pipeline systems, allowing quick replacement of outdated equipment without additional modifications. Supported by Ingalock's comprehensive sales and service network, the equipment also offers integrated support for "installation guidance and spare parts supply," addressing maintenance challenges for mid- and small-scale mines.
A relevant Ingalock representative stated that the launch of this pneumatic rock drill is an important step in the company's deep engagement in the mining machinery field. In the future, the company will continue to focus on the needs for safety and efficiency in mining operations and, leveraging its import-export business advantages, promote the large-scale application of cost-effective mining equipment.
