Recently, Chongqing IncaRock Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. officially launched a new generation of underground mining LHD (Load-Haul-Dump). Built around high efficiency, safety, environmental protection and durability, it provides a reliable ore-loading and transportation solution for underground mines including metal mines, non-metal mines and tunnel projects.
Specially designed for the harsh conditions of narrow, low and sloping underground roadways, this LHD features an articulated chassis and small turning radius, ensuring excellent maneuverability in confined spaces for efficient loading, hauling and dumping. It is equipped with a high-power, low-emission power unit and an advanced exhaust purification system, delivering strong performance while meeting underground environmental standards.
The cab is certified with FOPS/ROPS for top-tier safety, supported by wet brakes, emergency shut-down and automatic fire-extinguishing systems for all-around protection. With a load-sensing hydraulic system, the machine offers smooth operation, precise control and lower energy consumption. Key structural parts use high-strength wear-resistant materials to withstand heavy-duty and dusty environments, resulting in low failure rates, easy maintenance, higher ore output and reduced operating costs for mines.
